Hardware and software on your machines and a Sitelink3D.net subscription is all that’s required to realize real-time messaging, file transfer, machine tracking, remote support and training, real-time cut/fill mapping and acquiring and storing real-time survey data on your desktop, tablet or smartphone!

Sitelink3D is the on site communication solution that provides data control, machine tracking and reporting system. User-friendly Sitelink3D.net provides web based, real-time visualization and communications including access to job site status, the ability to create new or update job site parameters, and view movement of machines, anytime!

Most in –the-field Topcon 3D-MC equipped machines are Sitelink3D ready with the addition of the SL-100 radio modem. New 3D-MC systems can be ordered Sitelink3D ready. Job Managers, surveyors and grade-checkers using Pocket3D or 3D Office software are also easily added to a Sitelink3D network.

Enterprise3D

A new level of comprehensive business management tools for Sitelink3D, Enterprise3D provides a suite of equipment planning and reporting tool for all phases of your projects. Create task areas, assign machines, specify production and quantity data, and add dependencies. Equipment working together on collaborative tasks can estimate the volume of material moved, calculate differences between planned and actual volumes and send this information in a summarized form to the site manager.

Project and machine dashboards provide at-a-glance information tailored to the user. Machine dashboards for instance can display the task, 3D model, offset, activity with active charting of pass counts, position, and production rate. On the project side material, volume, as-built layer, cost code can be displayed with active charting for production rate versus target, progress versus plan, and forecast based on actual versus planned.

Traditional monitoring methods can even be accommodated. Haul counts and manual topo survey data can even be uploaded via Enterprise3D to log and compared against the estimated data coming in from the machines and then added to automated reports and status dashboards.
